General Exhibit Information

To provide as much traffic as possible through the exhibit hall, registration, morning coffee and break service, and afternoon break service will all be located toward the back of the exhibit hall.

All exhibit booth registrations are for both days of the conference. One-day exhibits are not available.

When: September 30 and October 1
Where: Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel, 1550 Court Place

Set-up: 6:00 a.m. - 7:30 a.m. September 30
Exhibits must be set up by 7:30 a.m.

Tear-down: 3:10 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. October 1
Conference sessions end at 5:00 p.m. You are welcome to leave your exhibit up through the end of the conference, or you may choose to begin tear-down as early as 3:10 p.m.

Business or Individual member: $950

All others:
Nonprofit: $800
Business or Individual: $1,050

Be sure to reserve your exhibit space early - booth selection will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Select your exhibit booth space online in real time when you register!

Exhibit registration must include full payment for exhibit space. If you're paying by check, sign up online and mail your check in; we'll hold your exhibit space for you for 10 business days and confirm your registration when we receive your check.

Prize Drawing

Help drive traffic to your booth by participating in the prize drawing! During the conference, collect business cards from attendees who visit your booth. During the afternoon break on the second day of the conference (Friday, October 1), you'll have the opportunity to present one grand prize to the attendee whose card you draw from those you collected. Let us know what your prize will be and we'll list you in the conference materials, so attendees will know to stop by and enter!

Advertising

Increase your exposure by advertising in the Fall Conference materials that will be distributed to all attendees. You'll find the advertisement order form in the exhibitor registration.

Advertising Specs: Please submit a high resolution (350 dpi) print oriented pdf file with all fonts embedded, or a jpeg, tiff or an eps file with fonts converted to outlines. No bleeds. Black and white or grayscale ONLY. All advertisements must be received by Friday, August 27 to be included in the conference materials.

Sponsorship

Maximize your exposure with a sponsorship of the 2010 Fall Conference! A Silver level sponsorship of $3,000 or more includes a complimentary exhibit booth, a half-page advertisement in the conference materials, and five complimentary registrations for both days of the conference - use them yourself or give some to your clients!
