Order Delivery and Timing Policy

Memberships will be effective immediately upon receipt of payment. Member information will be posted to the Colorado Nonprofit Association web site within 5 business days.

Mailing List orders will be fulfilled within five business days. Customer approval of the list and quote provided may be required before the order is fulfilled.

Job and Event listings will be posted within two business days.

Bookstore orders will be shipped via USPS Media Mail within two business days from receipt of payment. Customers will be notified of any backordered items by phone within two business days.
