Return and Refund Policies

Payments made for the following products and services are non-refundable:

• Job and Event listings posted on the Colorado Nonprofit Association web site
• Nonprofit membership dues
• Business and student memberships

Refunds for bookstore merchandise will be issued with the return of the merchandise within 30 days of sale. Shipping and handling charges will only be refunded for defective merchandise.

Refunds will not be issued for training registrations cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or event registrations cancelled after the date specified on the registration form.
