Return and Refund Policies

Payments made for the following products and services are non-refundable:

• Job, Internship and Event listings posted on the Colorado Nonprofit Association web site
• Nonprofit membership dues
• Business, student, and individual membership dues

Refunds for bookstore merchandise will be issued with the return of the merchandise within 30 days of sale.  No refunds may be granted for electronic publications unless a duplicate payment has been received.  Shipping and handling charges will only be refunded for defective merchandise.

Refunds will not be issued for training or event registrations cancelled after the time period or date specified on the registration form.
