Full-Time Evening, Overnight, and Weekend Milieu Counselors

Jefferson Hills – Aurora

Jefferson Hills, an adolescent residential treatment center is looking for full time Milieu Counselors for evening and weekend shifts at our Aurora facility. Jefferson Hills is nonprofit residential treatment center for high risk adolescents. Our counselors play a key role in supporting our program and residents’ goal for permanency. We are looking for experienced individuals that want to be a part of a program and a team that is focused on providing our residents with quality educational and counseling services that promote lifelong learning.

Please note that we have openings for the following shifts:

Evening 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM

Overnight 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Weekends Varying Times.

Please note some schedules include a few day shifts mixed with the evening shifts.

Minimum Requirements

1 year of experience working with adolescent youth

Bachelor degree in Human Service Field or equivalent experience (2 years)
