Job Summary: Coordinates all stages of membership cycle, including solicitation, fulfillment and associated activities. Maintains membership database and produces membership reports and projects. In a fast-paced, high volume, team environment this position provides excellent customer service to members and potential members in a variety of ways including but not limited to in person, on the phone and through email. This job requires working some weekend and evening events.

Compensation: $13.30 to $15.50 per hour

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Individual must be a reliable self-starter with data entry and customer service experience. The job requires familiarity with Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge program. Experience with ATMS is a plus. Must be detail oriented and flexible. Must possess excellent customer service skills and written, spoken communication skills and strong analytical skills. Working knowledge of IBM compatible computer, Microsoft Office, Outlook and standard office equipment required. Minimum two years customer service and data entry experience in a fast-paced environment. Membership experience, problem resolution, and excellent customer relation skills are required.
