Full-time position responsible for implementing treatment and educational plans for children with multiple emotional/behavioral problems in a structured environment. Actively participate in achieving the Agency’s mission by supporting the therapeutic milieu, group, and individual treatment programs in a multi-disciplinary team setting. Participates in the daily supervision and care of children in the cottage. Responsible for planning and implementing therapeutic groups, individual counseling, behavior management, and teaching basic daily living skills. Will provide a therapeutic balance of nurturance and limit setting demonstrating an understanding of the emotional needs of the children. Must be 21. BA in a Human Service related field required; plus one-year previous related experience.
