Manage all fundraising appeals; including scheduling, copy creation, budget management and vendor communication and coordination.
Work with Data Coordinator to prepare periodic reports and analyze donor data for annual appeals from Raiser’s Edge database and maintain Foundation and individual donor information for tracking, evaluation, stewardship and reporting.
Work with Communications department on messaging strategies, including marketing, public relations and social media related to development and fundraising efforts.
Work with Director of Advancement and Executive Director to identify, cultivate, steward and solicit donors and prospects.
Assist in all multi-million dollar campaign fund raising tracking, prospecting and reporting.
Work both independently and collaboratively to creatively and strategically increase number of donors and revenue from annual appeals.
High level of confidentiality involving all Foundation work.
Must display a significant level of maturity, personal integrity and ability to understand, develop and sustain resilient relationships with donors, Trustees, colleagues and vendors.
25% travel to support fundraising efforts.
Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years experience in nonprofit fundraising.
Annual fund and campaign fundraising experience.
Experience with membership organizations, preferred.
Committed to accuracy with a conscientious attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to excel in a highly collaborative environment.
Able to coordinate, prioritize and meet deadlines on multiple, simultaneous projects.
Computer proficiency of Microsoft Office and demonstrated knowledge of fundraising database software.
