This position pays $12.50/hr + $2.00/hr shift differential.
Responsible for teaching and monitoring the childrens routines including hygiene, meals, household chores, and program rules. Be involved in activities and supervision of children at play in individual and group scenarios. Following a treatment plan, the staff member will work to provide a supportive, structured environment for residents in order to promote growth, ensure safety, and establish therapeutic relationships with the children.
Requirements include: Ability to problem-solve, communicate, work with a team and be adaptabe. Must be able to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends. A bachelors degree (BA /BS) and preferably a minimum of one year of relevant experience with residential/milieu programming or serving children with psychological disabilities or a combination of college/work experience.
