Front desk reception, customer service, telephone, data entry, staff support.
Provides customer service as receptionist and operates front desk phone.
Daily processing of deposits.
Data entry of caller and patient information into data base requiring accuracy and timeliness.
Works directly with the Denver Leadership Team, Board of Directors, Denver and regional office staff, volunteers and visitors to the Association.
Performs a variety of general office tasks and duties.
Occasional overtime required as staff support at certain annual special events.
EDUCATION AND EQUIVALENT TRAINING
Minimum of a High school diploma. Fluency in English and Spanish required. Prior front desk/general office experience or equivalent business school training. Excellent computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Basic understanding of a database system.
Professional, punctual, organized, detail oriented, flexible, self-starter with strong people skills and pleasant telephone manner. Ability to coordinate an important front desk position and a willingness to learn.
