Colorado Nonprofit Week

Celebrate all that Nonprofits Achieve in Your Community

Colorado Nonprofit Week is an annual event that celebrates the vital contributions nonprofit organizations make to our communities. From zoos to hospitals, homeless shelters to theaters, youth service organizations to churches, nonprofits touch our lives every day, adding value, meaning and joy. Across Colorado, nonprofits are willing to take on the difficult job of improving the quality of life in their communities. They also add immeasurably to the economic base of our state.

Colorado Nonprofit Week is a time to honor and praise the broad impact of nonprofits’ work in Colorado. It’s a time to thank the thousands of board members, volunteers and dedicated staff who work so hard year-round to make a positive difference. The week begins with an honorary proclamation from the Governor and continues with celebratory events around the state.
