DDRC is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to work with people with developmental disabilities and their families in the community to provide input on behavior management. We're currently providing tele-health services and remote work capability. Traditionally this is an autonomous position that allows you the flexibility to provide ABA therapy in a person's home or work environment. Areas of Responsibility

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Position

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst position conducts functional behavior assessments, designs and monitors skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, oversees implementation of plans; and provides trainings for families, other care providers, community partners, and practitioners.


  • A Master's Degree or PhD in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education or related field; preferably from an ABA accredited program
  • Current Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Applied experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Experience working with both adults and children preferred
  • Comfortable working in a variety of settings including residential, school, day programs, and the community
  • Strong understanding of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
