This position is responsible for providing PERAChoice Program, 401(k) and 457 Plan educational and compliance information to members, retirees and employers. Ensures member eligibility requirements are met and acts as a liaison between PERA and the Plan custodian. Analyzes and comprehends complex compliance issues and effectively communicates results.

We are looking for a professional with a positive attitude and a background in providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone. If you are independent and capable of working in a team environment, and have the ability to take complex financial concepts and explain them in easily understood terms, this is a great fit.
