Job Description: 

We are looking for a community clinician who is passionate about ensuring kids and families get the services they need to join our dynamic, growing team. Our community-based program is comprised of several regional teams across the Front Range with the majority of services occurring in the Denver metro area. Our clinicians specialize in working with children, adolescents and families with complex trauma, mental health and behavioral needs with the goal of providing the services in the family’s home, school and community. This full-time position would be part of a team serving one of our four Denver metro regions and is responsible for providing individual and family therapy, parenting support, skills training, resourcing and case management support, and crisis intervention services.

Areas of Responsibility

· Have knowledge of and experience with evidenced-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive therapy skills and therapeutic
 interventions 

· Ability to complete clinical assessments and trauma-informed, individualized treatment plans 

· Willingness to take initiative and aptitude for working in a dynamic environment 

· Ability to work as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team 

· Possess a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills 

· Knowledge of and ability to implement conflict resolution and crisis intervention skills 

· Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and independently manage own schedule 

· Ability to create and maintain healthy boundaries with colleagues and clients  

 

Requirements/Qualifications
  • · Master of Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or a graduate degree in a related field
  • · Licensed or license eligible (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) · Post-graduate work experience treating families and children preferred · Trauma informed clinicians preferred
  • · Bilingual Spanish speaking individuals strongly encouraged to apply
  • · All positions require criminal CBI background check, FBI fingerprint check, State of CO child abuse check, DMV driving record check, pre-employment drug test, pre-employment physical, academic credential verification, and reference check.
Compensation/Benefits
Compensation: 

Salary Range:$38,542.00 To $46,904.00 Annually
