Join our team! Downtown Partnership of Colorado Springs seeks a dynamic, savvy and strategic person to be our Director of Development Services and Planning. This director reports to the CEO and will steward the Experience Downtown Master Plan, guiding the physical and economic growth of our city center. With nearly $1 billion in recent and near-term public and private investments, Downtown Colorado Springs is experiencing transformative change. New catalytic anchors include a planned soccer field and mixed-use development, a college hockey arena, and, opening in 2020, the U.S. Olympic Museum and Hall of Fame. Several new hotels and hundreds of residential units also are coming on line within the next few years. As a state-certified Creative District, Downtown also is home to many cultural anchors, creative industries and the largest concentration of locally owned restaurants and retail in the Pikes Peak Region. In 2018, Colorado Springs was named the No. 1 Most Desirable Place to Live by US News & World Report, and No. 1 Fastest Growing City for Millennials by Brookings Institution.
