If you are hired into this senior leadership role, you will spend most of your time split between two distinct but intertwined areas of responsibility:
Programmatic Role: leading planning and execution for the HNC Boot Camp program.
Business Role: growing customer pipelines and sales funnels for the HNC Boot Camp program.
As a result, prior to joining HNC’s team, you must have both (1) an ability to plan and lead highly effective, results-driven training programs and (2) an ability to drive and manage an outbound sales process to grow the program’s enrollment. Within 1-2 years of beginning this position, you will be responsible for building and managing a team as Boot Camp programming grows.
