The Finance Manager is responsible for coordinating NWCCI’s fiscal, accounting,
administrative and HR operations. This position oversees Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,
Payroll, Human Resources, and general Office Administration including resource coordinator, data
specialist, and office assistant. This is a hands-on position requiring a detail-oriented individual with
financial and HR experience, preferably in a non-profit setting. Final month-end and fiscal year end
procedures and overview of reconciliation of bank accounts, AR/AP/General Ledger is performed by the Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will ensure the accuracy of the books and compliance of Financial and HR policies and regulations set internally and by the government.
