This position performs a wide variety of high-level administrative duties to support the Communications division and accomplish objectives in a collaborative effort. Responsibilities include verbal and written communications, scheduling, generating reports, and performing data management. Applies knowledge and understanding of division operations to resolve issues, and has the latitude to design and implement workflow processes and procedures.

High School Diploma; five years professional administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with budgets, billings, and expense reports
Experience with electronic records management systems
Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office suite
Established ability to maintain confidentiality
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Effective interpersonal, anticipatory, problem solving, and decision making skills
Effective oral and written communication skills, including strong proofreading skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment
Standard office environment with regular computer and telephone use
Occasional lifting, carrying or moving material in excess of 10 pounds
