Summary

Management and Operational Development

  • Helped launch a New York affiliated office, including the structure of departments and roles within
  • Assisted in the development of 3 departments and over 20 positions  
  • Produced, reviewed, and maintained over 100 policies, user documentation, SLA’s and standard operating procedures
  • Scheduled and oversaw 300-400 Court events per month
  • Designed and project managed over 30 projects, including the development of applications, websites, and company-wide Summit
  • Promoted collaboration and knowledge sharing across the team and firm through transparency and public boards
  • Managed and negotiated budgets and allocation of monies for payroll, contracts, vendors, and events
  • Created remote expectations and SLA’s to adhere to the needs of the team and company under the COVID-19 environment

  • Developed department-level training programs for the firm’s systems, applications, and specific job duties
  • Created firm EOS training program to help employees understand the company’s core values, purpose, and business plan
  • Personalized facilitation to the needs and wants of the individual learning. Able to facilitate through 1-on-1, group, and classroom settings both in-person and over video conferencing
  • Measured, evaluated, and reported on the progress of employees under guidance during training periods through training check-ins and shadow sessions
  • Established and maintained relationships and communications with over 67 Courthouses in addition to several domestic and international vendors, organizations, stakeholders, and clients
  • Restructured interview questions to encompass core values and right person evaluation
