Judge (Ret.) Mary McClatchey is Founder/President of WorkSmart Partners, a human capital management and employer compliance consultancy. Mary has three decades of experience as an organizational consultant, trainer, judge, employment and civil rights attorney, and workplace mediator. She is a seasoned advocate for a total wellness approach to workplace wellness, which encompasses mental, social, and physical health. She has founded, built, and served on the boards of several nonprofit organizations. Partnering with the Colorado Nonprofit Association, Mary brings great passion to her work training nonprofits to build their talent capacity, so they can better achieve their critical missions in our communities.
Kim Farmer, Mile High Fitness & Wellness
Kim has owned Mile High Fitness &Wellness, LLC for 9 years. She is a Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Advanced Fitness Specialist, and Certified Group Exercise Instructor. Kim’s experience ranges from designing fitness services for corporate locations, wellness centers, senior centers, private gyms, and recreation centers, to providing exercise programming for healthy and unhealthy populations, and teaching group exercise classes. She has served many nonprofit organizations with her health and wellness expertise and freely gives her time to community based, public health efforts.
Kim’s strong organizational, planning and networking skills have made her a highly sought health professional in her community. She has helped many people get and stay on track for optimum health through her articles, books, videos, and many speeches. She is passionate about helping her clients and participants achieve their wellness goals and she stays educated and trained on the latest training and teaching techniques. She has received many certifications and awards and continues to strive to perfect her skills. Today Mile High Fitness is expanding nationwide and continues to help companies and individuals improve health behaviors.
