Many organizations struggle with data-overload when reporting on financial or programmatic outcomes. Data-overload can often cause decision-makers to miss important markers or red-flags that could impact the future sustainability of their organization. An effective dashboard can give valuable insight into the health of an organization’s finances and programs. 

This training will help you understand the critical principles involved in creating a great dashboard. By the end of our time together you will have the building blocks necessary to turn your data into valuable insights that help drive the success of your organization.

Presenters

Bryon Budensiek: With over 15 years of experience as a certified public accountant (CPA), Bryon Budensiek and his team at Trestle, give nonprofit organizations access to expert financial, human resources, and legal support so they can fully focus on their mission, rather than on administration. He regularly advises nonprofit boards and government committees on how to make sound business decisions. Bryon holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Business from Trinity Western University and is a Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional.



 



 



Amber Gangestad: Amber Gangestad is a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) with a background in auditing nonprofit and government organizations. She is responsible for developing and implementing accounting systems and procedures that help nonprofit organizations operate more efficiently and with more clarity into their finances. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Finance from the University of Wyoming.



 



 



 



 



 



 



Qualifies for Excellence in Nonprofit Principles and Practices. Completion of a post-training evaluation is required for this training to count toward recognition.
