Evaluation can be tricky - there's so many decisions to make and all the while you may be wondering if you are wasting time and resources. Learn how to collect quality data, figure out whether you need to use a survey, focus group, or other data collection method, and how to use data to make informed decisions.

This interactive session is intended for organizations that are new to evaluation and may not know where to begin. Through guided exercises, discussion, and relevant content, you will learn about evaluation and how it can serve your organization.
