Mark Holdt, Mountain Sage Consulting

Mark Holdt, Principal Owner of Mountain Sage Consulting, provides leadership, planning and financial solutions for nonprofit organization. He specializes in board development, strategic planning, finance, and fundraising. With over 30 years of experience, Mark has a proven track record of enabling organizations to reach new heights and raise record levels of new resources, which is a testimony to his ability to generate solutions that work.



Renny Fagan, Colorado Nonprofit Association

Renny Fagan is the President and CEO of Colorado Nonprofit Association. Renny served as state legislator, Colorado Department of Revenue director, deputy attorney general, and U.S. Senator Ken Salazar’s state director. His board service includes National Council of Nonprofits, Mile High United Way, Colorado Channel Authority and Metro Denver Leadership Foundation.



Eileen Wasserbach, Southern Ute Community Action Programs

Eileen is the Executive Director of Southern Ute Community Action Programs, Inc (SUCAP). The organization provides several diverse programs, including Head Start, Employment Training, Substance Abuse Treatment, Youth Development, Senior Citizen’s Services and Road Runner Public Transit. Eileen has worked several years for SUCAP, beginning in 1985 as a project coordinator and assuming responsibility for most of the organization’s program development and grantwriting in 1989.

Eileen’s background includes a childhood in Rocky Ford, a BS in Consumer Science from Colorado State University and several years with CSU Cooperative Extension serving the members of the Southern Ute Indian Tribe as a Home Economist.
