Our professional development trainings are made possible by the generous support of U.S. Bank

Your staff is your organization’s most important asset; moreover, high performers can deliver 400% more productivity than the average employee. When you unlock the potential of your people, you can dramatically increase community impact.

It’s up to leaders to develop high performers through the right people practices. Yet research confirms what we already know: 70% of managers are afraid to talk to their employees about performance.

In this training, you’ll learn best practices for you and your entire management team.
