Great governing boards know their highest calling is planning for the future. The challenge is transition your board from a near-term, present mindset to a long-term, strategic mindset. Only then will they realize their full potential to impact the future of your organization.

This training provides the formula for establishing and maintaining a strategic focus with your governing board.  Using this formula, the entire orientation of your board will be forward-focused with a mind towards strategy.
