In today’s complex media environment, nonprofits face myriad challenges managing their reputations, positioning key issues in their communities, and avoiding but being ready for crises when they occur.

This presentation identifies key reputational challenges faced by nonprofits and tools to help manage them; how to position issues in their communities; and methods to prepare for and manage crisis communications.

Participants will leave the session with clarity around the differences between reputation, issue and crisis management, tools that can help them to manage earned and owned media channels and confidence in being prepared to confront all three
