Our professional development trainings are made possible by the generous support of U.S. Bank
The core ideology of every nonprofit is made up of a mission, vision and set of core values. Each element has distinct characteristics and a specific role in the life of the organization. Together they describe why your organization exists, how you do your work, and what you see in the future for your community. The mission, vision and values are inspirational, keep organizations on track, and provide a way to compare hopes and plans to performance and impact.
Developing your mission, vision and values is a group effort—not an individual responsibility. This session will provide real life examples and "ready-to-use" tools to help your organization refine and reframe the way it uses and articulates its core ideology. Join us to learn how to build a stronger foundation for your organization—one that inspires people to act, join, give, serve, learn and create change!
Please bring your organization's current mission, vision and values to reflect on during the session.
