Bring your lunch and join us for networking and conversations with your peers as we deep dive volunteer background checks and the power of interview questions!

More than just a background check: Assessing the "other factors" that are just as essential in your interview that can help you determine the best volunteer candidate. Although you may do a background check, it is just as important to ask the right questions during the interview. Just because someone is very enthusiastic about volunteering for your organization, doesn’t mean they are a good fit for the job. If they're not a good fit, they could put the goal or mission of the organization in jeopardy.
