1. Selecting the Service and Provider Right for You | Thursday, March 21

During this presentation, we’ll go over the different types of attest (audit-type) services and what may serve your organization best. Once you know what type of services you need it’s easier to ask for it and determine who can best provide the level of service necessary.

2. Audit Preparation | Thursday, June 20

It’s never too soon to begin planning for your audit. The sooner to your it on your radar, the easier it is to get and stay audit ready. We’ll cover items all organizations will need to have for their audit. We’ll also talk about how long it should take you to get ready for the audit so it’s done and you can keep moving forward.

3. Understanding Your Results and Next Steps | Thursday, September 19

The required language for an audit report means that sometimes it needs translation. We’ll
cover what the opinion means as well as the findings. Just because there are findings, doesn’t mean things are bad. Let’s consider what the bright side is for the findings and how you can improve things for your organization. Also get real life tips for implementing recommendations from the findings.

Chyla Graham, CNRG Accounting Advisory, LLC

Chyla Graham, President of CNRG Accounting Advisory LLC., is your chief resource manager, helping you navigate the accounting and fiscal tightrope of nonprofit organizations.

With almost a decade under her belt as a certified public accountant, she enjoys being a resource for her clients to draw on. She provides the back-office support and restructuring that they need. Chyla gives them the time to work efficiently on the programs they love.

By first understanding the long-range plans for organizations, Chyla identified the barriers to their financial goals. She dives into the systems, training, processes, procedures, staff, and emotions of an organization to strategize a workable plan for her clients to use as a guide. Then she works with them in actionable steps, prioritizing and implementing as a partner to keep their organization running smoothly.

"At CNRG, we consider you a partner." says Chyla. "When you succeed, we succeed and that pushes us to do our best. We believe in maximizing technology to gain efficiencies. Thus, we aim to streamline processes. Together, we drive your mission forward."
