Colorado Nonprofit Association invites nonprofits from across the state to participate in its 2018 Colorado Nonprofit Salary & Benefits Survey.
Colorado Nonprofit Association’s goal is to increase the number of participants from 537 organizations in 2016 to 650 organizations. Participants in the survey receive a 50 percent discount on the final publication which includes data on insurance benefits, leave time, raises and bonuses, salaries and more.
New this year, the Association added a trends section to collect data on retention, activities and best practices. This new section will be published as a supplemental report of the 2018 Colorado Nonprofit Salary & Benefits Survey.
Nonprofits of all sizes and number of employees are encouraged to contribute to this important study.
The 2018 Colorado Nonprofit Salary & Benefits Survey instrument is sponsored by the University of Denver, University College.
In 1996, Colorado Nonprofit Association (then CANPO) first released a salary and benefits report specific to nonprofits in Colorado. Today, that report has grown into a comprehensive biennial resource which helps nonprofits create fair, competitive compensation packages, recruit and retain great employees, and manage expenses effectively.
