Three Ballot Initatives Would Harm Colorado

Amendments 60 and 61 and Proposition 101 promise reduced taxes, but the initiatives deliver a package of proposals that would make it harder for nonprofits to deliver needed services, increase Colorado’s job loss by 70,000, burden small businesses, and increase class sizes in schools. The Colorado Nonprofit Association board voted in January to actively oppose these measures.
